GPS Navigation Team / Project Manager (m/f)

At Mireo, we're on a mission to expand the superiority of in-car GPS embedded navigation. We help car manufacturers to replace outdated, unresponsive, and inaccurate GPS systems with the modern, fast and reliable one in all new cars. Our goal is to make embedded GPS navigation the only choice for drivers.

We're currently looking for a Project Manager to join our AutoNavi team. A person who'll help us drive the implementation of our GPS solutions into the next generation of cars.

Our navigation system is already guiding millions of vehicles and drivers. You can find it in everything from family SUVs and exclusive hyper-cars to ten-ton trucks. We're expanding quickly and need the help of a new Project Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining a detailed list of project tasks and ensuring their execution
• Writing and maintaining accurate project documentation
• Ensuring that all deliverables are built to our standards and launched on time
• Evaluating project requirements and supporting the VP of Navigation when defining project scopes
• Assisting the VP of Navigation in defining the final scope of work for new projects
• Assisting the VP of Navigation in assigning tasks to team members
• Monitoring key financial aspects of managed projects, and reporting them to Sales and VP of Navigation
• Assisting Sales in managing budgets, invoices and other commercial aspects on assigned projects
• Providing assistance to Sales by preparing technical sections for project tenders
• Building strong ties with clients through engaged and attentive communication

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong technical background – you used to work as a Developer or studied Computer Science/Engineering
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on the initiative
• Fluency in both written and spoken English language

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Zoho
• Experience working with embedded systems
• Experience working with automotive OEMs
